If your vehicle is unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, our BMW Approved Bodyshop can assist you. In addition, we also offer a selection of cosmetic repairs including bumper scuff treatment and scratch rectification.

Whether your insurer wants you to take your BMW to another repairer or not, you are fully entitled to insist on a BMW Approved Bodyshop. FREE MEMBERSHIP TO MALTON MOTORS ACCIDENT AFTERCARE

If you are a Malton Motors customer then you are automatically registered as a member of this service (please contact us if you haven't received your membership card)

In the event of an accident we’ll take the following action:
• Recover your damaged vehicle, take it to our BMW Approved Bodyshop and undertake full management of the repairs.
• Liaise with your insurance company and the other driver: just one call from you and we’ll take it from there.
• Manage all the communication with your insurance company.
• If the accident was your fault and the vehicle is not drivable we will provide you with a free courtesy car for 48 hours. If the accident was not your fault we will provide a like for like replacement vehicle for the duration of your repairs.*
• If the accident is not your fault we will endeavour to recover all your uninsured losses-e.g. your policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and injury compensation.
